A rapid performance-support solution designed as part of a final-round interview exercise for a distributed organization in the maritime and logistics industry. This project focused on enabling immediate adoption of standardized Microsoft 365 email and calendar workflows through clear, task-based guidance. Using a visual slide deck and a one-page quick reference guide, the solution prioritized speed, clarity, and just-in-time usability to reduce errors and support confident execution in time-constrained environments.
